The evening of Sunday, 2 December 2018 was once again a tremendous success. We were 14 men and women strong that night, with teachers, students and some close friends of the College working in sync to deliver a 5-star service! Although the night began slow and we didn’t serve as many people as we normally do (60-80 on the night), the feedback we received from the crowd was still overwhelmingly positive.
The menu was chicken wraps and burgers, with the wraps being more popular. This will be the last time Al Siraat participates in the program for this year. However, be assured that we will return to grilling and cooking in 2019, In Sha Allah!
I can also say that I was labelled on the evening the ‘Wrap Master’. An interesting title to be sure, but one I will definitely hold close.
