Our "Feed the homeless project" is usually being led by Senior SRCs. As the exam week approaches for the Senior School, feed the homeless project still continues. Junior SRCs took the initiative with few non SRC members to continue to serve the homeless for the evening.
The boys brought with them fresh fruits, noodles, water bottles, biscuits, fresh bread and tinned canned food as give away for the homeless.
We are very grateful to our Canteen Chef Rafi Mohammed for cooking both a vegetarian as well as goat biryani to meet the catering needs of the homeless. The Junior SRCs continued to serve precooked meals for the evening. They prepared fresh salad on site and continued to demonstrate the College values in the community.
We would like to thank “Hasene Australia” for providing us the facilities for the evening, and it was wonderful to see Al Siraat staff joining in with the boys to help out.
