We would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank you” to all of our dedicated parent volunteers
who so generously contribute their time and effort to the College on a regular basis. Without them, we would not be able to run many of our annual events, like our fortnightly sausage sizzles which are solely run by our wonderful volunteers.
The options for parents to volunteer at the College are abundant: May it be by cutting up fruits during special events like our Annual Sports Carnival, the Year Foundation's Teddy Bear Picnic or selling pizza and sausages. Parents have also started helping our Lower Junior School students with their guided reading and supporting our Arts teachers Ms Stamatia and Mr Suffian during their art classes. Books and school resources have been contacted and stamped by our lovely volunteers as well.
Of course, parents are also always heartily encouraged to help support their children during special events like the Sports Carnival and cheer for Team Al Siraat during tournements and competitions as well as on our Ride2School days.
To support our regular volunteers, we would like to invite other parents to come forward to help out at the various events the school is holding throughout the year. You do not have to commit to volunteer on a regular basis but if you could come every now and then, that would be fantastic!!!
